  • Lifecycle: This dataset remains active throughout your app usage. Upon account cancellation, these core parameters are moved to an offline archive for a mandatory period of five (5) years to conform to Indian data traceability regulations.

Alternative Risk Signals & Emergency References (Medium-Term Storage)

  • Data Attributes: Installed Application Inventory, Call Logs (Optional), and Emergency Contact Information.
  • Purpose: To evaluate criteria through alternative data indicators, automatically check credentials during signup, and prevent fraud.
  • Lifecycle: These records are automatically purged from our production environments ninety (90) days following account termination, provided no outstanding security or fraud investigations are pending against the profile.

Operational Diagnostics & Hardware Telemetry (Short-Term Storage)

  • Data Attributes: Crash Logs, Approximate Location (Optional), and Device Specifications (Storage, Battery, Bluetooth, Hardware, RAM, Network, Sensors).
  • Purpose: To map unique device signatures for anti-bot defense and run software bug troubleshooting.
  • Lifecycle: Crash files are automatically overwritten after twelve (12) months. Core device fingerprint data and regional location points are saved for three (3) years from your last active session to prevent device-based application fraud.

User-Generated Verification Assets

  • Data Attributes: Camera and Images (Optional KYC Uploads).
  • Purpose: To process identity verification and profile customizations.
  • Lifecycle: These visual assets are preserved dynamically while your profile is operational. Upon successful account termination, they are scrubbed immediately from our active repositories.

3. User-Driven Data Removal Mechanisms

You possess complete legal sovereignty over your personal information and can demand the permanent scrubbing of your records at any time.

Voluntary Erasure Protocol

You can submit a formal deletion application by writing to our team at business@shreemoneykeeperledger.com. To maintain security, the request must be transmitted from your registered email account. Valid applications will be executed within fifteen (15) working days, resulting in the permanent removal of identifiable data from our active systems.

Dormancy Clean-Up System

To maintain healthy data practices, any account showing zero interaction for a continuous timeframe of eighteen (18) months will be automatically flagged as dormant. A warning text will be dispatched to your registered email address thirty (30) days prior to removal. If no login is captured during this notice period, the data will be anonymized or completely removed.

Third-Party Synchronization

We enforce strict data handling clauses with our server and infrastructure providers, mandating that any shared data is deleted in parallel with our internal systems.
