Profile Accuracy: To successfully utilize our financial tracking and management features, you must establish a personal profile. You agree to provide fully authentic, accurate, and updated personal data. The deployment of fictitious identities, aliases, or fraudulent contact credentials is comprehensively prohibited and shall be treated as a material breach of this agreement.

3. Scope of Guidance & Financial Disclaimer

Financial Tool Classification: Shree MoneyKeeper - Daily Ledger operates exclusively as an informational and digital tracking tool. We utilize the information you provide, alongside alternative system telemetry, to offer estimates, analytical comparisons, and educational insights regarding your financial patterns and management.

No Banking Status: We are not a banking institution, non-banking financial company (NBFC), direct lender, or credit bureau.

No Financial Guarantees: Any financial insights, tracking data, or recommendations generated by our application are purely for informational and reference purposes. 4. Account Security & Credential Protection

Custody of Access: You retain exclusive personal liability for safeguarding the strict confidentiality of your authentication details, including received One-Time Passwords (OTPs) and profile credentials. Any action, request, or transaction executed through your registered profile will be legally deemed as an operation authorized directly by you.

Compromise Notification: In the event that you detect any unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, or potential security breach involving your profile, you are obligated to notify our support team immediately via email at business@shreemoneykeeperledger.com. We assume no liability for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Restraints

Limited License: We grant you a restricted, non-transferable, revocable, and personal license to utilize Shree MoneyKeeper - Daily Ledger solely for your individual, non-commercial financial planning and evaluation needs.

Prohibited Behaviors: You are expressly forbidden from executing the following actions:

• Selling, sub-licensing, renting, or commercially exploiting the application or its outputs.
• Utilizing automated scripts, web crawlers, data mining tools, or scrapers to extract information from our platform.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code or proprietary algorithms of the software.
• Permitting third parties to share or pool your account access to bypass platform limits.
